MoFlo Cell Sorter

All users must complete training and a number of supervised sorts before being permitted to use the equipment independently. Use is restricted to normal university working hours. All bookings will need to be approved to make sure there is appropriate technical support available during the intended use. For a successful booking doubleclick the redbar and answer all questions. If your booking needs to be rescheduled you will be contacted directly. Lasers: UV, 480nm and 640nm

Up to 8 colours may be recorded. The standard set up will work for the following stains hoechst stain, DAPI, Indo-1[calcium], Indo-1[no calcium], FITC, PE, Texas Red, PE-Cy7, APC, Alexa 700 & APC-Cy7, or their equivalents.
